The fireboy Novel

The people of Nantwich are alarmed by a series of fires, not least Sergeant Tony Tricket and an enraged farmer, John Banks, who has been a victim of the arsonist and wants to take the law into his own hands. When the old mill straddling the River Weaver is destroyed suspicion falls on a young boy, Peter Willaston; but on the night of the fire, he disappears. Is Peter the fireboy? And did he really die in the mill fire? The novel moves to a gripping climax, as the skyline of a small town changes forever, and a family torn apart by life come together again.

The Fireboy is aimed at a wide audience, from 11 years upward.
