We use PDF files as standard print ready format, files can be converted from Microsoft Word or Publisher using Adobe Distiller, Adobe PDF Convertor or Adobe Indesign. If this software is not available to you there are a number of free PDF conversion packages available on the internet for example PDFOnline.

Browse for the file on your 'Desk Top' select the file and fill in the email address: publish@kup.keele.ac.uk, click on 'Convert to PDF' the file will then be sent to us and we will print your free 'Proof Copy'.
PDFOnline has a maximum file size of 2MB for each conversion, if your files exceed this file size, we can accept a copy of your files for digital printing on disc which can be posted to: Mybook Publisher
